Hypertherm 229918 Solenoid Valve Installation Tool

Part number: 229918

This tool is used to install the solenoid valve (part number 006155) on Hypertherm plasma cutters.

Disconnect the power supply from the plasma cutter.
Remove the old solenoid valve.
Clean the area around the solenoid valve mounting hole.
Apply a small amount of thread sealant to the threads of the new solenoid valve.
Screw the new solenoid valve into the mounting hole.
Tighten the solenoid valve until it is snug.
Reconnect the power supply to the plasma cutter.
