Hypertherm 004147 Electrode Gauge

Part Description

The Hypertherm 004147 Electrode Gauge is a tool used to check the wear on a Hypertherm electrode to determine whether or not it is time to replace it.

• Compatible with Hypertherm Powermax30, 45, 65, 85, 105, and 125 systems
• Easy-to-use design

Instructions for Use:

1. Check the electrode. When the electrode is new, the flat end will be slightly larger than the gauge.
2. As the electrode wears, so does the flat spot.
3. Once the flat on the electrode is smaller than the gauge, it is worn out and should be replaced with a new electrode.
