CTHC Firmware Chip RTP

Compatibility

This firmware chip is compatible with the following Hypertherm plasma cutters:

• Powermax30 XP
• Powermax45 XP
• Powermax65 XP
• Powermax85 XP
• Powermax105 XP
• Powermax125 XP

Installation

To install the firmware chip, follow these steps:

1. Power off the plasma cutter.
2. Remove the side panel of the plasma cutter.
3. Locate the CTHC firmware chip.
4. Remove the old firmware chip.
5. Install the new firmware chip.
6. Replace the side panel of the plasma cutter.
7. Power on the plasma cutter.
