Applications

• Hypertherm plasma torches

Installation

1. Remove the old O-ring from the torch adapter.
2. Clean the torch adapter with a solvent.
3. Apply a thin coat of lubricant to the new O-ring.
4. Position the new O-ring on the torch adapter.
5. Tighten the torch adapter until the O-ring is seated.

Maintenance

Inspect the O-ring for signs of wear or damage. Replace the O-ring if it is damaged.

Troubleshooting

If the torch is leaking gas, check the O-ring for damage. Replace the O-ring if it is damaged.

Safety Precautions

• Wear safety glasses when working with the torch.
• Do not touch the torch tip while it is hot.
• Allow the torch to cool before performing maintenance.
