Installation

1. Turn off the power supply to the plasma cutter.
2. Disconnect the air supply line from the plasma cutter.
3. Remove the old filter housing from the plasma cutter.
4. Install the new filter housing on the plasma cutter.
5. Reconnect the air supply line to the plasma cutter.
6. Turn on the power supply to the plasma cutter.

Maintenance

• Replace the filter element every 6 months or 1000 hours of use, whichever comes first.
• Clean the filter housing with a mild detergent and water.
• Inspect the filter housing for damage and replace it if necessary.

Troubleshooting

• If the plasma cutter is not cutting properly, check the filter housing to make sure it is not clogged.
• If the plasma cutter is making a loud noise, check the filter housing to make sure it is not damaged.
