Installation

To install the harness, follow these steps:

1. Disconnect the power supply from the Hypertherm system.
2. Locate the gas selector console on the front of the Hypertherm system.
3. Remove the two screws that hold the gas selector console in place.
4. Disconnect the existing harness from the gas selector console.
5. Connect the new harness to the gas selector console.
6. Replace the two screws that hold the gas selector console in place.
7. Reconnect the power supply to the Hypertherm system.

Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing problems with the harness, check the following:

• Make sure that the harness is properly connected to the gas selector console.
• Make sure that the harness is not damaged.
• Make sure that the Hypertherm system is properly grounded.
